We offer FREE DELIVERY to your room of choice, using our own drivers to addresses within postcodes LL, SY, CH, WA, L, WN and M.
You may collect items in person free of charge from either of our showrooms, in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. Elsewhere mainland UK delivery is chargeable depending on postcode, regardless of order value and is delivered to your front door only via a third-party courier company.
We aim to deliver all items within postcode area LL within 7-10 working days and we are able to offer you a choice of am or pm slots, all other postcodes we aim to deliver within 10-14 working days but unfortunately we cannot always guarantee to offer am or pm slots, we do try to work with you and be as accommodating as possible.
Our Local Free Delivery Service-
For our free delivery service, we have highly trained delivery team members who have worked for Perfect Dreams for a number of years and they deliver in our own company owned Mercedes Transit Box Van, we always have a 2-man delivery team who will always when possible put the items in your room of choice.
Our Delivery Service is usually made Monday-Friday but on occasion we can and do offer a Saturday delivery service, please enquire for more information.
UK Delivery Service
All other postcodes will incur a delivery charge of £45 or free delivery if your purchase is over £300, Please do phone for a delivery quote before you place your order.
We aim to deliver your items within the timescale quoted on our website when you place your order. If circumstances change we will keep you informed. However Perfect Dreams cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. When an order for multiple items has been placed we will deliver them all together by the longest lead time quoted.
We will contact you with a firm delivery date when the items come into stock and arrange a mutually convenient day for delivery. All deliveries are signed for. If you are out when the couriers arrive they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call and arrange a delivery at a future date.
All items are checked for defects before they leave our warehouse however if the goods are found to be either faulty or damaged in any way upon receipt, you must keep all the packaging and contact us as soon as you discover it, but no later than 3 days after delivery. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
You will become the owner of the items (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the items) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for all the items.
Any unwanted items may be returned to us within 7 working days for a full refund of the product value, provided they are in the original packaging or similar and in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery. The cost of returning the items would be the responsibility of the consumer. Due to the intimate nature of Beds, mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors, sofa beds etc., these items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed. Therefore, for reasons of health and hygiene any bed, mattress or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. For made-to-order Products (where the Buyer has selected a fabric -i.e. A sofa bed, sofa, headboard or other similar or if a special size bed or mattress is ordered) a charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
